Due to the snow, the following cancellations and closures are in effect for Tuesday, Jan. 17:

• City Hall is open.
• The City Council meeting has been cancelled.
• All classes and programs at Spartan Recreation Center have been cancelled.
• Spartan Recreation Center will close at 5:00 p.m.
• Afternoon and evening classes and programs at Shoreline Pool have been cancelled.
• Shoreline Pool will close at 5:00 p.m.
• The Echo Lake Neighborhood Association meeting and the public meeting with the Shoreline Parks Department discussing Echo Lake have been cancelled.
• All programs at the Richmond Highlands Recreation Center are cancelled and the facility is closed.
