At a time of record foreclosures and stalled condo projects, one development is moving briskly forward. Developers at Point Wells on Puget Sound want to build high–rise condos along with retail and business. But neighbors oppose the project. They're fighting with Snohomish County over the project's viability. KUOW's Amy Radil reports.
