New Point Wells Urban Center Hopes To Bring Neighbors On Board

Today, a state Senate committee in Olympia will consider a bill that would require counties to share more planning authority with neighboring cities. The bill was sparked by the Point Wells development, which has placed Snohomish County at odds with the people just over the county line.
