"Shoreline's new garbage and recycling service provider, CleanScapes, will begin delivering residential carts the week of Jan. 21. For more details, watch your mail for the green CleanScapes postcard and read the information packet attached to your new cart. New service begins March 1. "

I was home when the shiny new bins were delivered to each house on the block. I went out to admire our new bins and...no bins. Everyone else on the block had them delivered to their house like a new present. I actually didn't realize it was a city wide shiny new bin event. I thought every one else was specially chosen to have new bins and we would have to make due with old cracked beat up bins. So now I have to call and demand my new bins. Kind of takes the fun out of it. No?
