Local group is against the proposed jail site in Shoreline

We got an email from Christi Hanks. She is involved with a group that is strongly against a jail being built at the proposed site in Shoreline. Here is a slightly edited version of Christi's email.

Hi there;
I'm a Lake Forest Park resident - we live about 2 blocks from the Aldercrest School/proposed jail site. We're doing everything we can to get the word out about this and to organize a "unified front" against the possibility of this site being chosen. We've created a website (noshorelinejail.org) to give people links to the information about this, people they can send comments/complaints to, and a discussion board that might help people network and organize in working towards a common goal (of having our site removed from the list).
