Last November I posted some photos of the construction happening at Richmond Beach Saltwater Park in Shoreline. There's a lot going on. Improvements to the upper parking lots, remodeling of the walkway at the top near the entrance to the park, new (or repaired?) steps, etc. I took a few more photos today. You can definitely see progress since November.
The sign at the entrance to the park says the park is under construction through February 2009. Here are a few photos taken today. See more from today (and from November) by clicking the link below. By the way, the park is currently closed to cars, but you can still walk in.

I read on the shoreline website that they are looking at, or putting in board walks and raising the stairs so that natural vegitation can grow and not be disturbed by human traffic. I think thats what is going on with the stairs.
