Looks like a mixed-use development is on the way
The view of the site from across the streetThe old Cascade Bingo site (across the street from The Crest Theater) has been sitting dormant for awhile now. Looks like there's a mixed-use development on the way. The "Notice of Design Review Application" says it'll be a "new mixed-use development consisting of commercial space, residential units, community space and underground parking."

There was a rumor that the PCC was interested -- I guess that didn't work out.
